How to run script at...

Hi.

I want to run some script when:

1. Laptop screen is closed = sleep untill i open it
2. Laptop is shut down
3. Laptop is rebooted

I need collect some data in this actions. It takse me like 1-5 seconds to run commands, get returns and write it to file.log

So script should run and do his stuff before this three actions is in the air.. also system will not shutdown/reboot/freeze before script is done!
