I have installed the kde plasma desktop environment and also installed wayland-session.
The problem is that, I wanted a tiling window manager and I configured bspwm.
I followed the instructions that were in KDE in the Arch Linux page.
Then, after rebooting, everything was working fine, except that when I opened emacs, it would appear as a floating window.
Thus, I went to search in forums and it said I had to add the ;; bspc rule -a emacs state=tiled ;; code in bspwmrc.
Thus, I created a directory ~/.config/bspwm and copied the file bspwmrc into that directory, and also created ~/.config/sxhcd and copied it there.
Then, it told me to configure ~/.profile by doing the following: "This can be done by adding XDG_CONFIG_HOME="$HOME/.config" and export XDG_CONFIG_HOME to your ~/.profile."
After rebooting, I tried to login into plasma but it freezes after I login. I can login in wayland with no problem but the bspwm isn't in effect.

bspwm is an X11 window manager. Try sway or use X11.

But even if I disable or delete the shell file for bspwm, plasma won’t start.
My only concern is to get plasma starting again

What "shell file"?
Did you follow https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/KD … ow_manager ?
How do you start the session?
Did bspwm actually work in the first instance? Is your bspwmrc still in place? Please pastebin it.

Yes, I followed the website.
I still have the problem, since I had to get a job urgently I couldn't get back to arch linux.
What do you want me to pastebin?

~/.config/bspwm/bspwmrc, ~/.config/sxhcd/bspwmrc and ~/.profile

Thanks for the response,
Unfortunately, I tried using plasma-wayland and for some reason, the application launcher freezes,
And after attempts at reinstalling, clearing cache, deleting files (bspwm), I gave up and I decided to use another desktop environment.
Thanks for the response though, hope you can help me in future problems
