Hello,
I possess a Thinkpad T430, it came with Intel HD driver, and because I wanted a little upgrade I installed an external GPU with a GDC Beast, the GPU is a NVIDIA GT 1030. Now I test the NVIDIA GPU with Bumblebee and I get a really bad FPS, can anyone help me, please ?
INFO:
% >lspci -v | grep VGA
00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation 3rd Gen Core processor Graphics Controller (rev 09) (prog-if 00 [VGA controller])
04:00.0 VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation GP108 [GeForce GT 1030] (rev a1) (prog-if 00 [VGA controller])
% >optirun --status
Bumblebee status: Ready (3.2.1). X inactive. Discrete video card is likely on.
% >glxgears
Running synchronized to the vertical refresh. The framerate should be
approximately the same as the monitor refresh rate.
319 frames in 5.0 seconds = 63.656 FPS
% >optirun glxgears
123 frames in 5.0 seconds = 24.588 FPS
Thanks
