Permissions mismatch after latest pacman -Syu. Should I be worried?

After running

sudo pacman -Syu

today, I noticed these two lines:

( 1/12) upgrading audit [----------------------] 100%
warning: directory permissions differ on /var/log/audit/
filesystem: 755 package: 700

I found a few pages online concerning this but I'm still not sure if I should take action and how.
Can this impact the stability of my system?

There is nothing to worry about in the content of your post.  However, you should be worried about the title:

Please edit your post and change the title to something meaningful.

Thank you for the quick reply, I've modified the title.
Would you happen to know why did pacman give that warning?
Cant recall seeing that before.

See WorMzy's post.

I don't know what I should be looking at on that page but as long as there isn't anything wrong, I'm happy.

You can go and change those permissions by hand.   If the files exist, pacman won't change the permissions; just flag that they are not what the package being installed expects.
