@Global Havok

can you share your fvwm config?

Have you tried to turn it off and on again?

I'll agree fvwm *can* look good, but it also has a very high potential to look bad.  I've seen fvwm look worse than window maker.

I'll post mine when I get home smile

GTK-Theme: Rezlooks-Gilouche (Modified menubar)
XFWM4: A port of metacity theme "Human-Squared" realized by me.
Wallpaper: Mugen "Samurai Champloo" (I don't remember from)

What font are you using in gtk?

Sure..  It's from here.  I've just changed a few images around (not as many as I would have liked too, but i've been lazy the last couple of weeks.)

It's Last Exit, a GTK version of the last.fm music player. You can find it in the community repo (link)

Re: August 2006 Screenshots

The wallpaper is "Autumn Reflections" and is available here. I'm using the Tango Icon theme for Gaim, which you can also grab here.

Re: August 2006 Screenshots

As promised...as if anyone cares.  Yes, its FVWM with a pretty dark look...but tbh I'm starting to get a little tired of those borders and can feel a switch to a tiling WM coming on.  I switched to fvwm to be able to do cool eye candy things...but now I have too much to do.  I have the funky thumbnail thing set up, etc, but I never ever minimize my apps.  I've also had the same window borders and colour scheme since I finished this config.

I just wish most webpages weren't optimized to display at 102x768 :'(  At least I have a dual head that address that though.

If you need any help recognising the apps...well, I've heard gasing yourself is quite painless wink
