If I leave my laptop sleeping for too long and log back in, the wifi disconnects and when I attempt to reconnect it never works. My solution is always rebooting. Is there a way to avoid that? I doubt it's a problem with my Desktop Manager but just for information sake, I run KDE.

Problems relating to your wifi card/networkmanager similar stuff. In doubt post a
sudo journalctl -bafter reproduction of the issue.

So I left my laptop in sleep for a little bit to make sure that it would disconnect, and it did but for some reason it reconnected this time. I can still post the
sudo journalctl -b and
/etc/systemd/system but I don't know if it'll come out the way you guys want if I'm connected to the internet.

Neither will we, until you share it. Right now we have no information. The fact that you are *currently* connected, however, will not retroactively edit previous journal entries from when the problem occurred.
You will find that these forums can be pretty patient with users who don't understand how to interpret logs. But many of us are much less forgiving when it seems like someone is going out of their way to not share the needed information. Please don't make members here keep repeating the same requests for data.

The output of
find /etc/systemd/systemwill revel much about how your system is configured in a format that I like. It is not impacted by whether or not your internet is working at the moment.

You have dhcpcd enabled on a global basis (For all interfaces). It will fight with NetworkManager, which will start its own DHCP client when it needs it.
Disable your dhcpcd service.
