How to keep mousekey enable all the time

Thank you for reading these.

I used mousekey and enable it with  [shift + NumLock] keys. All right.

However, it'll be disable automatically as long as I don't use the keyboard in two minutes.

At this point I need to press Shift + NumLock again to enable mousekey.

How to disable the auto-disable mousekey?
