[Solved] System randomly hibernates

My system suddenly/randomly hibernates and I don't know how to fix it, any help is welcome. Gist log of 4 sudden hibernation, as they are quite long.

This is a very common error in my log, I don't know if this has anything to do with it.

Tried to remove power management software that I could think off, but it did not work. Currently I have TLP installed.

Please post the output of

cat /etc/systemd/logind.conf

and

dconf read /org/gnome/settings-daemon/plugins/power/sleep-inactive-ac-timeout

Systemd-idle is kicking in, which actual session are you starting and how do you start it. What's the output of

loginctl session-status

I am not sure what you are saying.. I am not doing anything special when the system hibernates, watching a video or what not.

There's your answer:

IdleAction=hibernate
IdleActionSec=60min

If you do not perform any interaction with the system, e.g. when watching a movie, the system will hibernate after one hour.

I changed this now, but the ting is that I am using the system actively. But I will see if this helps. Do I have to restart for the change to take effect?

You'll need to restart systemd-logind and probably log out and in again.

I don't really understand what this mean. Does it mean that if I was to use

 IdleAction=hibernate
IdleActionSec=60min

I would have to notify the system somehow that I am active? But if I remove those two I don't need too worry about it?

If you re-comment those entries (they are commented by default) or even just set the to the (commented or not) default values

the system won't "randomly" hibernate but it will still not hibernate on idle either. Use something like xuatolock, afair only gnome really supports the systemd stuff (the sway link kinda expresses a general "reluctance" outside the lennartverse)
