Nautilus: enable trash can in bounded folders in /home/x

Hello,
I've my / partition on my SSD and I've a data partition on my HDD. I've /dev/sdb1 (the data partition) mounted in /media/Données\ Utilisateurs,
and some folders bound like /media/Données\ Utilisateurs/x/y to /home/x/y.  My problem is that the trash can is not working, Nautilus only shows the “Delete Permanently” option in these bounded folders. I tried to give my user write access to the partition mount point and manually created a .Trash-1000 folder in /media/Données\ Utilisateurs

/etc/fstab:

 # /dev/sdb1 user data
UUID=e4816ccf-d5b4-4145-847e-b4498ffb9e03 /media/Données\040Utilisateurs ext4  0 1

# Bind des répertoires x sur HDD
/media/Données\040Utilisateurs/x/Music /home/x/Music none bind,x-gvfs-hide 0 0

Sorry for my probably bad english
Thanks.
