How to disable GLib-GIO-DEBUG messages?

I'd like to parse the output of a program, but this is unnecessary complicate due to some debug messages.

$ feedreader --unreadCount
(feedreader:6617): GLib-GIO-DEBUG: 16:57:29.474: _g_io_module_get_default: Found default implementation gvfs (GDaemonVfs) for ?gio-vfs?

How can I disable these  GLib-GIO-DEBUG messages, so only 49 is printed to the console?
