Hi I just replaced my ATI video driver with AMPGPU which fixed my startx from failing to load, however now I only have 1 monitor and my second monitor doesnt seem to even get recognized by anything.
here is the output of "xrandr -q" https://pastebin.com/Ley1JQeC
and this is the config file i had manually set when i first got this system running located at "/etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/10-monitor.conf" https://pastebin.com/Naf3ggwe
and here is the output of "lspci -v" https://pastebin.com/J0Ebsyab
The monitor currently not working is connected by displayport.
Edit After 2 hours of fiddling and countless reboots I went to bed, the next morning it just fixed itself. I have no idea.

You don't want to boot with nomodeset, remove that from your kernel params, reboot. It also looks like your amdgpu kernel driver isn't actually loaded, how exactly did you "switch drivers"?
Repost dmesg and a xorg log if necessary.
