I recently upgraded using "pacman -Syu" and rebooted. I'm not sure when the last time I had upgraded, but it was probably around a month or two before. After upgrading, I started noticing what looks kind of like screen tearing, but more extreme. For example, when I scroll in Firefox, some parts of the screen scroll, some parts don't, some show strange horizontal lines, and some show information that shouldn't be on the screen anymore (for example, from closed tabs). The issue is visible in screenshots, so here's one showing the "Newbie Corner" page:

As I scroll, a lot of the screen is flashing, but the artifacts stick around even after I stop scrolling. Sometimes, I can get the screen to look normal in Firefox by scrolling back and forth a couple times.
The issue affects most applications I've tried using (for example, Firefox, Chromium, Minecraft), but doesn't seem to affect xterm. I'm currently using xmonad as my window manager, but the issue appears in twm as well. It also seems to get worse after using an application for longer. (Immediately after rebooting, Firefox seems to be fine for about 10 seconds.)
I'm using a Lenovo IdeaPad 720S. Here's the result of running lspci: https://pastebin.com/Rwghf8m0
I am not very experienced with graphics issues like this, and I'm having trouble narrowing down the problem. It seems that it's not a hardware problem, because it shows up in screenshots, and it's not a problem with my window manager because it happens in other window managers as well. Any help with narrowing down or fixing this problem would be greatly appreciated, and please let me know if there's other relevant info I should post.

seems opegl related, amdgpu.dc=0 and swapping the amdpu and modesetting X11 drivers would be basic tests to narrow down the issue.
