[SOLVED]How to uninstall a package installed by make file?

So I installed darknet yolo using a make, everything worked fine and I wanted to uninstall it and install it with opencv support. But I couldn't do it with

make uninstall

as the author hasn't provided the uninstall script. I was hoping to remove it manually by running

make -n install

and remove the files generated by it. I was unable to do it since running

make -n install or
make install

returns

make: *** No rule to make target 'install'. Stop.

How do I fix this?
By fixing I mean to completely remove darknet package. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

How did you "install" it, if there's no install rule in the makefile?

Re: [SOLVED]How to uninstall a package installed by make file?

sorry I was making a dumb mistake, Just running make seemed to be working fine, my usual process would be make install but this package required only make to be entered. So that seemed to be the issue. Thanks.
