On reboot I get:
Starting version 242.32-3-arch
/Dev/sda7: clean, 244869/1966080 files, 1912727/7864320 blocks
sda7 is my root /dev
The last things I did was change my hostname. Not sure if this is the reason for system hang.

I booted with the Arch Linux Installation CD
mounted the root filesystem on /mnt
then execute # arch-chroot /mnt
From there I edited my /etc/hostname back to original
Reboot and system still hangs

Please don't bump, edit your post unless somebody replied.
The hostname isn't relevant in the early boot process.
Edit the kernel parameters, remove any "quiet", add more debug chatter, https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Ge … bug_output and try to boot the multi-user.target or the rescue.target, https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Sy … _boot_into

And when it appears to hang, see if you can change to another tty (Ctlr-Alt-F2)

My apologies for the bump
I edited kernel line and boot continues and hangs at Graphical Interface
Alt-F2 when trying to loggin user it boots me back to Graphical Interface bootup

Well, since you narrowed down the problem, you should inspect the configuration and logs for whatever your graphical.target is…
