VLC - shortcut for 'goto time' does not work anymore

Until 3-4 weeks ago, I used the shortcut CTRL+T for entering the time/timecode and upon hitting Enter, the playback would jump to that position. I can't seem to find that action anymore as it is not listed in the shortcuts view in the options...
However it is still listed on the official home page as "goto time": https://wiki.videolan.org/QtHotkeys/

Is something off with my keyboard (setting) or what could cause this new (lack of) behavior?

5.2.1-arch1-1-ARCH
$ pacman -Q vlc
vlc 3.0.7.1-2
