Screen goes blank and flickering

In random times the screen goes blank and flickering, and I cant do anything. I need to force press power button to restart my laptop. my laptop is asus x54l i3-2330m with intel hd graphic 3000
And I'm only facing this issue in arch based distro, I dont have any problem when using ubuntu

Please remove the oversized, animated, epilepsy-triggering image.
