Arch Server packages

Hello, newbie here
I have an extra PC laying around. so I want to make it into a file server plus bittorrent and ability to stream movies/whatever to another PCs/TV.
I tried searching wiki, but didn't get many results (I found Samba, but idk how to run a bittorrent w/o ssh from the other PCs, and idk anything about what I can use for streaming).
Any suggestion ot where to look for this info?

transmission, icecast (or rather a simple http server, lighttpd will do and vlc/mpv/… will play http streams just fine)

Try searching for "bittorrent", the list is not extensive. Try reading all the articles, at least one of them should talk about web and remote. Then google: "linux media streaming server". The first hit is the answer to your "Stream media" question.
