Blacklist/whitelist partitions for os-prober

Hi,
I recently installed Arch on a laptop with Windows 10 dual boot. I am not allowed to remove Windows for now. I installed os-prober and it detects Windows correctly.
But it also detects and adds an entry for an unknown OS in a partition which is not supposed to contain any bootable code. I'm not sure what it contains and don't want the option to be present in case accidentally running corrupted code somehow damages something.

Grub configuration entries from os-prober (2nd one is the unknown OS):

### BEGIN /etc/grub.d/30_os-prober ###
menuentry 'Windows 10 (on /dev/sda1)' --class windows --class os $menuentry_id_option 'osprober-chain-3EF6AE12F6ADCA8B' {
        insmod part_msdos
        insmod ntfs
        set root='hd0,msdos1'
        if [ x$feature_platform_search_hint = xy ]; then
          search --no-floppy --fs-uuid --set=root --hint-ieee1275='ieee1275//disk@0,msdos1' --hint-bios=hd0,msdos1 --hint-efi=hd0,msdos1 --hint-bareme

        fi
        parttool ${root} hidden-
        drivemap -s (hd0) ${root}
        chainloader +1
}
menuentry 'MS-DOS 5.x/6.x/Win3.1 (on /dev/sda3)' --class ms_dos --class os $menuentry_id_option 'osprober-chain-14E8B674E8B65428' {

I can edit the grub.cfg file and remove the item but it will be regenerated again. Is there a way to exclude partitions for probing or just whitelist the partitions to be searched?

Thanks!
