In my Arch, after installing, I thought setting up time would only take less than an minute. But something Is wrong. I asked in few groups and they said it's annoying that the time zone isn't changing and so does the time accurately.
What I did so far.
1. unlink /etc/localtime
2. ln -sf /usr/share/zoneinfo/Asia/Kolkata /etc/localtime
3. timedatectl set-ntp 1
Still the timezone offset is showing +04 in date command. The time will be only correct if the zone offset is correct. I also checked /etc/localtime. I can see it's +04 there. Where my timezone is GMT +5:30
