EDIT:- FINALLY I DID IT,

INSTALL PLYMOUTH-GIT FROM AUR

ADD "QUIT SPLASH" TO CMDLINE

EDIT PLYMOUTH.CONF, CHANGE THE THEME TO SPINNER TO BGRT !!

ADD PLYMOUTH TO  mkinitcpio.conf  AND DO mkinitcpio -p linux

REBOOT YOU WILL SEE THE VENDOR LOGO

There might just simply be a BIOS setting to splash the logo at startup.
