Bluetooth Mouse Polling Rate Regressed to 20hz

I have been experiencing issues with the polling rate of my mouse (Logitech MX Master 2s) recently. Before, I used to be able to get a polling rate of around 100hz, now all I get is an average of 20hz.

I have tried the following things to fix it:
- Used LTS Kernel
- Reinstalling with different WMs (Gnome and Sway)
- Used Piper to change polling rate. (I get one reading that shows 1000hz in evhz but the average is still 20hz)

None seem to work.
I can confirm that this does not happen when connecting through the Logitech Unifying Receiver.

Other people are also experiencing this issue:

My info:
Bluez version info: 5.50-6
Kernel: 5.2.5-arch1-1-ARCH
