[Context] :
Hey so I have just installed Arch a day or so ago, and it's also the first time I have installed any Linux distro, or OS for that matter. And first time I've used a terminal too! Very difficult but oddly satisfying experience (once it's working). Arch forums and wikis are really well saturated with helpful info.
[Issue]:
One issue I did notice after logging in for the time was that when I click on any of the options that show up when I right click (Settings, Display Settings, Change Background), nothing happens. This also goes for some other options such as power settings and account settings.
I looked around in the forums and I found that someone had a similar issue but when I tried to do what others instructed them to do, it didn't work.
But here is some info they asked in that post, so I'll just input my own here just in case any of you need it too to help out.
