[SOLVED] What should I take care of to let my arch stable ?

For example, how can I let my pacman don't update the linux kernel to the .rc version(release candidate version) ?  Is this thought right?

As a general rule release candidates are not packaged in the main repos.  So just do regular updates with pacman, and you'll stay on track with the latest stable version.
