help with xfce menu [SOLVED]

i try to get my own xfce menu.
currently it looks like this http://mitglied.lycos.de/r3360/menu-test.xml
it just doesnt get loaded, are here any xml experts that could tell me whats wrong in this file? ive got no idea plz help me out!

I think the char & at line 14 is the problem.

Maybe you can use & instead of &

had other name in it but that way it works as wanted and learned a bit bout xml, THx dude!

great! big_smile roll .. well ive got another question to u if u dont mind 8)

ive seen some screenshots showing a gnome-like "places" menu item in the xfce-menu. like a realtime filebrowser included into the menu. hows that possbile to add to my menu? :?

edit: nevermind, i just made starter commands like "thunar /home/username" and so on for the palces i wanted to have in there, hasnt to be live anyway big_smile
