my primary keyboard doesn't work sometimes. Lenovo Thinkpad T520

Hello everybody.
Well, I have bloody trouble with my primary laptop keyboard,
Sometimes after sleep or hibernate some of the keys doesn't work randomly I mean they are not invariant, they always change after another sleep or reboot.
I think the problem is about system bios or something but there is no problem such this in windows or ubuntu .
I was searching a lot but there is no clear answer about this problem.
I have a Lenovo Thinkpad T520.
