When I turn on my laptop, It'll load the systemd-boot bootloader, but then it won't do anything afterwards. It's stuck at booting in 3 seconds, and I cannot enter editor mode either. However, if I escape to the BIOS boot menu and then choose to boot to arch from there, the bootloader loads correctly. I'm not exactly sure how I'm supposed to debug this, but are there any recommendations on how to fix this?

That looks OK. What does `efibootmgr` print?

efibootmgr gives
$ efibootmgr
BootCurrent: 0000
Timeout: 0 seconds
BootOrder: 0000,0001,0002,9999
Boot0000* Linux Boot Manager
Boot0001* Windows Boot Manager
Boot0002* Solid State Disk
Boot9999* USB Drive (UEFI)I think the weirdest thing is that it work normally if I go around to the BIOS boot selection and then choose the Linux Boot Manager there.

Sounds like a firmware bug, something that might be relevant here is stuff like fast boot enabled? But it's likely the best bet to check whether there's an update for your firmware and whether that fixes it.

I tried updating my BIOS if that's what you meant by firmware bug, but that doesn't seem to have any effect. Fast boot on windows is disabled. Finally, I tried to install GRUB to see if that would work, but GRUB behaves the same way as Systemd-Boot. I'd really like to solve this problem as it's getting really annoying having to press ESC before I boot on my computer each time.

Your bios might have a fast boot option, I'm not talking about the Windows variant in this case.
