yup all of them

systemctl stop bluetooth.service
systemctl enable bluetooth.service
systemctl start bluetooth.service
systemctl restart bluetooth.service

or even

rfkill block bluetooth
sleep 1
rfkill unblock bluetooth
rfkill unblock all

i'm fed up.

not a solution actually but i found out it was due to the DE(gnome)'s applet. I can turn it on TTY. *shaking my head*
