Second monitor on Type-C gets disconnected after several seconds

I recently bought a Thinkpad X280 besides double ViewSonic VX3211-2K-mhd monitors and a typeC-to-HDMI adapter. The one plugged in HDMI slot works perfectly, but when I plug second monitor with the adapter, it works for several seconds and then gets disconnected. I tried the same scenario in Pop!_OS and there was no problem. In the first several seconds, I can also see all of the monitors in Arandr.

I tried generating and removing xorg conf but nothing changes. I would appreciate any help, thanks in advance.
