Volume problem after wake up

Hello!
I have HP Omen 15 (2018) with ALC295. Using awesome wm, pulseaudio, linux-zen. Also tried to use it with jack2 or default kernel, but problem the same.
After power on, the volume has correct loudness with plugged headphones. But after sleep and then wake up, the loudness significantly drops.
The mixer shows the same level but sound is too quiet. For example: before sleep 50% is loud, after sleep i should set it to 100%, but still it is quieter than 50% before sleep.
A month ago i resolving this problem by unplugging and then plugging headphones again. But after some updates (can't say which package) this way is working only for first second after plugging in again. And than loudness drops as usually.
is there are a way to resolve the problem? Thanks!

Update
Found that problem caused by pulseaudio. After removing pulse problem disappeared, but volume randomly changes and this depends on composition i listen. But if composition has many instruments and loud - problem has gone.

Update 2
It's not pulseaudio related issue. Found that older kernels not affected.
