since update, systemd session deleted after login (logind/PAM/ecryptfs)

Hi,

I have an encrypted home (with ecryptfs) with auto-mount on login. Everything was fine for years, until I updated my system two days ago.
(Note that, unfortunately, I did not updated it for a while =/  )

The situation is as follows:
* I login, type the password to decrypt the password. The .Private folder is mounted normally on the /home/$USER mounting point.
* However, it is then impossible to run X (startx), due to the absence of systemd session (as indicated by loginctl).
* If I logout and login again, the systemd session is now created normally and it is possible to run X.

I am searching and reading to solve this issue since two days, without success, but suspects that there is something wrong with systemd and/or PAM.
My problem looks similar to this one, reported from a debian system:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ecryptfs/+bug/1734290
but the solution suggested does not work.

I paste some details about my config here after, tell me if other information can help.

Any help will be much appreciated!
