Enlightenment update message

Sorry if this is not the right place to ask.
I have been receiving these enlightenment pop-up windows that inform me that there is a new release for enlightenment (23)
Will there be an arch package for this? or is it no longer being maintained?
Where can I check the status of arch packages? (whether they are being maintained or not)

Thankyou.
