Hey guys!
I'm quite new to Linux, tried it several times, Ubuntu, Linux Mint, Kubuntu and some others i can't even remember anymore but i got tired every time because something just didn't work. But this time i really don't want to give up and I hope you can help me with that. I read through several threads here and on other forums but at some point i just always get stuck because i do everything, some things install, some start running but still nothing. Please help. It's a bluetooth USB-Dongle (is that how you call it?).

Hope it's not too much now. I really tried a lot but it got me nowhere. Would be glad if somebody could help so i could finally dive into the Linux-universe a little bit deeper.

EDIT: I think it could be a general problem with my mainboard/the USB-connection because two wifi-sticks and an external harddrive are not being recognized either. And i also needed some time to get my wireless mouse working, allthough now i don't really remember anymore what did the trick.

Try this. Remove that device, Run
# journalctl -f
then plug the device in. You should see output from journalctl. Now, kill journalctl and post those lines here.

Hey,
Thanks for the reply. but the unifying receiver is connected to my logitech K270, which works fine. I have another no-name bluetooth dongle which is not listed in any of those lists but works fine on windows 10 (same system and USB-port (Dualboot)). Should i try journalctl -f anyway?

By the way my mouse and wireless keyboard are not working anymore after i changed the USB-Ports to the ones on the monitor for better reception (2-way-usb-hub). Even after changing it back and restarting twice it is still not working again. They also don't show up in lsusb anymore. Maybe I should just reinstall Manjaro completely?

It does look like it might be a hardware issue.
The Logitech unifying receiver is not a bluetooth device. I have the same in my system. If your wireless mouse is part of the Logitech unifying receiver, you can install Solaar from AUR to configure it (I assume together with your keyboard).
You can try your dongle on another USB port or even try it in another computer. It might be the dongle itself that's the problem as the device is not simply registering.

Okay, it definitely is USB-Port-related. After reinstalling Manjaro just now all the way through the boot-menu (even in BIOS) my mouse and everything worked until Manjaro boots and it stops working. I then installed Manjaro using a corded keyboard (on another USB-port). After installation I plugged a USB-4-way-Hub into one of my two USB3.0-Ports and it's working as well as my mouse (which has a seperate dongle) and my Keyboard (with the Unifying receiver) and Bluetooth, which are all connected to that 4-way-Hub. Now I wonder if there is a way to get the other ports working as well?

The only thing i can think off hand is to check the BIOS if that particular port is enabled and powered.

Mhh, BIOS looks fine, I tried out every Port now and none of the USB 2.0 ports work but the two USB 3.0 ports work fine with every device i plugin. I really don't get it. I mean, if lsusb gives me that:

It tells me that i have 8 free USB-Ports, right? The truth is right now i have
6 free, 2 used on the back of the machine (all not working)
2 free, 0 used on the front (not working)
2 free, 2 used on the 4-way-hub (working on USB 3.0-port)
0 free, 2 used on the 2-way-hub on my monitor (working on USB 3.0-port)
And i also don't get why it says USB 1.0 there, they should all be at 2.0. Could it have something to do with power-management? The devices all get power for a second but thats it.
