KDE - which package includes Application menus daemon?

Under System Settings > Startup and Shutdown > Background Services, there is an entry in Startup Services called "Application menus daemon". and I need it for "application menu in the title bar".

I noticed that this service is not available without "kde-applications-meta". but I don't need that many application. so which package includes this service?

I believe this is a part of the plasma-workspace package.

I do not have kde-applications group or metapackage installed. I cherry-picked apps I wanted. But I do have the plasma group in stalled, and plasma-workspace is part of the plasma group
