I created a usb flash drive with some tools inside, using Syslinux as a loader
It works great, it is very simple and clean
As well as MemTest and other things I can boot entire ISO with a simple menu like this:
LABEL freedos
MENU LABEL FreeDOS Live 1.1
KERNEL /boot/memdisk
INITRD /boot/fd11live.iso
APPEND iso rawThe same usb flash drive can boot on UEFI systems
I just created an "efi/boot/" folders on the root of usb, then inside put the MemTest UEFI version, and the simple string, inside a "grub.cfg" file, to load it is:
menuentry 'MemTest86 8.0 build 1000' {
insmod chain
chainloader /efi/boot/memtest/bootx64.efi
}And ALL works flawless.
How can I boot ISOs when I'm using UEFI??
I've heard tha Syslinux supporting UEFI, but I don't know how to handle this.
Thanks in advance

Nope, that's for writing iso to a USB drive. doomguy84 wants a multiboot USB drive using Syslinux with memdisk.
Unfortunately it looks like UEFI Syslinux doesn't support memdisk, there is no /usr/lib/syslinux/efi64/memdisk ![]()
