Problem when use x11vnc

Hello,

I have a problem when I trying to make x11vnc work, when I a logged in session without problem I can run

x11vnc -rfbauth /home/user/.vnc/passwd

and I cant take the remote screen from vnc client, but when I reboot the machine, and take de connect via ssh y trying to use the same command

x11vnc -rfbauth /home/user/.vnc/passwd

show me the error

Only the x11vnc working when I loggin in the graphical screen.

Can you help me please  to working the x11vnc without to loggin on screen.
