brakes when connected via realvnc

Hi, help to solve the problem please. I use arch as an operating system for a home server without a connected monitor, I installed xfce4 as an environment, I also use remote connections via realvnc. Somewhere 3-4 months ago when I connect via realvns it slows down the screen display on the server (tried x2go - the same thing). I tried to install xubuntu on this machine - remote control works quickly and without brakes. How to fix it?

Re: brakes when connected via realvnc

Re: brakes when connected via realvnc

At first I thought some kind of error and decided to reinstall the system again, but the problem remained. it’s not the server itself that slows down, but I’m displaying the remote desktop. Moreover, if I connect a physical monitor, all the brakes disappear and everything flies.
