[SOLVED] GNOME 3.34 folders in the application overview not working

Hi,

in the release notes of GNOME 3.34 it says that it "also introduces custom folders in the application overview. Simply drag an application icon on top of another to create a folder. Folders are automatically removed when all icons have been dragged out of them."

Anybody has it working ?

Regards,
Olivier

Yes.

Edit: Ok, before people get angry with me. smile
Make sure you have selected the actual overview and not just recent items, are not searching etc. You can create the folder by dragging the icons as described, it will create a directory and might jump out of view due to strange naming conventions (common group or unknown as far as I can tell). You can rename by right clicking.
And please ask proper questions which include what you have tried and what the issue is. Not working is useless.
