Gnome Tweak : the title bar become dark

Specifications

OS: Arch Linux x86_64
Kernel: 5.3.0-arch1-1-ARCH
DE: GNOME 3.34.0
WM: Mutter
WM Theme: Adwaita
Theme: Adwaita [GTK2/3]

Expected behavior and actual behavior

Actual : a dark title bar

Reproduce

a dark title bar happens after I update arch kernel, GNOME, some GNOME apps to latest

If I launch through terminal

$ gnome-tweaks

show message:

(gnome-tweaks:152146): Gtk-CRITICAL **: 06:03:52.563: gtk_widget_draw: assertion '!widget->priv->alloc_needed' failed

any suggestion ?

@ryanw I've seen this happening after an earlier GNOME update. Not that I've been able to find what exactly caused it, but themeing was corrected after reinstalling gtk3.

I've just reinstalled gtk3

$ sudo pacman -S gtk3

but the title bar is still dark in the beginning for short time and then change normal.
