1. Remove the redundant plea for help from the thread title: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Co … ow_to_post
2. Use code tags when pasting to the boards: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Co … s_and_code
3. Why are you using an ancient kernel?

I like this verson of kernel dont want to update. Used an old arch image that had saved for quick install .

That's not how arch works: partial updates are unsupported.

If you don't update the linux package then you also can't update virtualbox-host-modules-arch. Install virtualbox-host-dkms.

thanks for replying I just installed the package now it shows :

Did you install linux-headers (matching the version of the linux package)?

Install Debian. Arch is not designed to work like this.

Yes tried but install gives this error:

How many times do I have to type it?
It's in the wiki for a reason...

Is there a way to select a verson of package with pacman ???

Nope, but you can find old versions of packages in the Arch Linux Archive.

So now you've updated the kernel but installed old kernel headers.
As @jasonwryan already told you multiple times: Do a
pacman -Syuand come back here afterwards.

Why is it suddenly looking for /lib/modules/5.3.4-arch1-1-ARCH, did you update the kernel?
Anyway, as others have said partial updates are unsupported, but in the case of the kernel it usually is not an issue provided you know what you are doing.
If you want to use a older kernel that is supported try linux-lts.
