[SOLVED] Last kernel update (linux 5.3.5) broke one of the USB port

As in the title, after the last kernel update one of the USB ports of my Thinkpad stopped working. Where/how should one report this kind of bug? How I can nail down more precisely what is the problem?

Run this commands:

lsusb
usb-devices

and plug something that worked into that failing usb port and run once more previous commands. Compare it to previous listings and see if some new device is shown. Write to as the results of this.

Next print here output of command:

journalctl -b

Re: [SOLVED] Last kernel update (linux 5.3.5) broke one of the USB port

Unfortunately I am unable to reproduce the problem. This morning (after several headaches and reboots), I had to downgrade the kernel in order to get to work the USB port. Now, after having upgraded the kernel again the USB port started working again. Although some scepticism, I am marking the thread as solved.
