Transmission used to work fine for me, but I recently moved to another country and it's just not working (it's been a while since i downloaded the last torrent so i'm not positive if that's the problem).
I read that changing the setting peer-port-random-on-start to true could work, but I found out I don't have any json file. Any suggestions?
I have transmission-remote, transmission-cli, transmission-remote-cli, transmission-daemon.
I really appreciate any help you can provide.

Have you tried reading https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Transmission which has a link to https://trac.transmissionbt.com/wiki
containing the page https://trac.transmissionbt.com/wiki/ConfigFiles which notes the contents has been moved to https://github.com/transmission/transmi … tion-Files ?

Oh, silly me. Sorry. Ok, so I change peer-port-random-on-start to true, but they are still stock in idle.

You can check dns and ip connection to those trackers, they may be blocked by isp.
