I installed KDE and I forgot to install all the essential applications (konsole, dolphin). I do not have access to a terminal, the software center says "no application backends found, please report to your distribution," I have no file manager to download offline packages. When I try to boot into a terminal by holding CTRL ALT F2-6 sha256 validated failed to acquire rng protocol: File not found. How can I boot into the tty terminal used to install desktop environments so I can install applications and configure my KDE?

How can I change the boot order when I do not have access to a terminal? When I try to boot into bios or grub by holding esc or shift during bootup I get the error sha256 validated failed to acquire rng protocol: File not found. I'm sorry if I am not getting the point you are trying to give me, I am new to arch.

Is this an Arch or a Manjaro install?
Boot from a live media and fix your system that way.

Sounds like you should just be able to skip it.
Press enter a few times and wait a few seconds when in another tty or just insert the install media, mount your system and chroot.

Or, following the first link in this thread, append the boot target to the kernel command line in your boot loader/manager.
