I've just compiled on my machine a package from ABS and I've seen that the binary files differ from the same package taken from the repository.
Is it normal (I expected that the same PKGBUILD would have given the same binaries regardless where it is compiled)?
Did I make a mistake or forget anything?

Differs? Checksums? You have provided no details.
CPU-optimized Linux-ck packages @ Repo-ck • AUR packages • Zsh and other configs

I have checked both md5sum and comparing files with meld.

Does reproducible-builds.org agree the package is not reproducible?

If you aren't building from a clean chroot there are load of things that could implicitly be included or omitted based on information from your system. Build from a clean chroot as a minimum requirement for any chance of this being reproducible: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/De … ean_chroot

Building in a clean chroot following the "Convenience way" as described here https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/De … ean_chroot has solved the issue.
Thank you very much!
