First time I've seen this.
(161/161) checking for file conflicts [##############################################################] 100%
error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
systemsettings: /usr/share/kservices5/settings-system-administration.desktop exists in filesystem (owned by systemd-kcm)
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.
Any idea what happened here? This is a "pacman -Syu" done today.

systemd-kcm is an AUR package. Either remove it or fix the PKGBUILD to resolve the conflict.
Mod note: Not a kernel/hardware issue, moving to AUR Issues.
