[SOLVED] Gnome Login Screen takes too long to show up

Yesterday I installed Archlinux using the ISO (2019.10.01) following the installation guide. I installed Gnome and GDM and it was working fine.
I have an Nvidia GeForce GTX 770 and installed the nvidia-beta package and all the other relevant packages in the wiki.

But whenever I boot, it takes a long time (more than 2 minutes) for the Gnome login screen to show up. If I remove the nvidia drivers and reboot, it boots normally in a few tens of seconds.

Note: I tried with alternating both the nvidia and nvidia-beta packages to see if it solves it, but both packages installing the same version 435.21 and have the same problem

Here's the output of uname -a

Linux archtop 5.3.6-arch1-1-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT Fri Oct 11 18:28:05 UTC 2019 x86_64 GNU/Linux

After searching through the forums and posts and not finding any luck, I ran journalctl -b.

Here's the specific section where I see the long delay.

I have pasted the entire output of journalctl here - without-nvidia and with-nvidia

Would appreciate any help on fixing this or debugging this further?
