network printer not work with "Held for authentication"

Epson Inkjet printer is connected to Windows 10 with usb which allowed to everybody (sharing).
DeviceURI configured  with "smb://office-1/Epsonprinter"
It worked well before, but suddenly it's not after updating, 2~3 month ago.

I can see that window 10 sharing list through smbree or file manager (gvfs)
and file sharing works well with samba.

When test printing, status message is "Held for authentication" and stopped..
I tried some methodes, but all failed.
1. change DeviceURI " smb://office-1/Epsonprinter" to "smb://user@password/office-1/Epsonprinter.
2 /etc/cups/printers.conf" is a line:
-  " AuthInfoRequired user,passwd "
-  " AuthInfoRequired none"
-  #" AuthInfoRequired "

I have another laptop installed ubuntu 18 It works well
I configured DeviceURI with "smb://office-1/Epsonprinter"  as same way.
I don't know why ubuntu works and arch not.

what do i check out more??
