SteelSeries Arctis 5 USB Headset Microphone not working in PulseAudio

I'm trying to get pulseaudio to use my USB microphone as default mic input, but I can't get it to list it as an input device.

When I open pavucontrol, I do not see any options for inputs:
"No input devices available"

I am able to use arecord to get mic input:

arecord -f S16_LE -D hw:2,0 -d2 /tmp/test-mic.wav

Here is the profile-set:

/usr/share/pulseaudio/alsa-mixer/profile-sets/steelseries-arctis-5-usb-audio.conf
[General]
auto-profiles = yes

[Mapping analog-chat]
description = Chat
device-strings = hw:%f,0,0
channel-map = left,right
paths-input = analog-input-mic
paths-output = steelseries-arctis-5-output-chat

[Mapping analog-game]
description = Game
device-strings = hw:%f,1,0
channel-map = left,right
paths-output = steelseries-arctis-5-output-game
direction = output

[Profile output:analog-chat+output:analog-game+input:analog-chat]
output-mappings = analog-chat analog-game
input-mappings = analog-chat
priority = 5100
skip-probe = yes

I also have the card properly configured in

What's going on and how do I get the mic to show up as an input option in Gnome?

Thank you all for the help.
