[BUG FILED] Odd checkbox selection colouring in Firefox

Recently I've noticed that checkboxes in Firefox (and perhaps other apps) have been behaving oddly. For example, I've tested two websites and shown the results below.

In the first page, the checkbox turns black on hover, then blue on clicked. In the second page, it doesn't change on hover, but after checking it, is either blue or black depending on whether it's still selected.

I couldn't capture it, but the first time I went to the second page, all checkboxes were black, despite being unselected. After hovering over all of them, they permanently turned light. Does anyone else see this?

Here is some odd behaviour for the checkboxes on the Arch forums too.

Thank you for reporting this! It's a known issue with the Breeze theme in KDE, or simply KDE. You can read about it here: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=250031

Thanks Captain! Sorry, I had missed your thread. Thanks for the link to the bug report, too.
