Display Port flickers on external monitor when Netflix is full screen

When I launch Netflix in full screen my monitor flickers the display port off/on sporadically. I'm not sure what specs / logs would be helpful in debugging this or quite where to begin, but here's some information I can provide to start:

Hardware: MacBookPro11,4
Kernel: 5.3.7-arch1-1-ARCH
Monitor: Samsung LU28E590DS/ZA
(connected by DP -> Thunderbolt cable)
Window manager: i3
Processor model: Intel - Crystal Well (I7-4770HQ)
Graphics chip set: Intel Iris Pro
Browser: Chromium

I've installed xf86-video-intel, vulkan-intel, mesa, and intel-media-driver.
In ~/.Xresources I only have Xft.dpi: 200.
In /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/20-intel.conf I have:

Section "Device"
  Identifier "Intel Graphics"
  Driver "intel"

  Option "TearFree" "true"
EndSection

I'm also running autorandr to auto-detect xrandr changes such as DP connected and disconnected.

Happy to provide further information that would be helpful here.
