I've installed qemu, libvirt, virt-manager and bridge-utils as well as modified the configuration file (/etc/libvirt/qemu.conf) the same way as instructed from "Setting up an OVMF-based guest VM" section of "PCI passthrough via OVMF", ending up with "Libvirt fails to detect OVMF/UEFI firmware" when creating a Windows 10 vm.
Same symptom as described in [SOLVED] Libvirt fails to detect OVMF/UEFI firmware but the post couldn't solved my problem as my Libvirt URI begins with "qemu:///system".
Also tried using the ovmf from default repos and ed2k-ovmf from aur repos but nothing different for me.
Somebody please help?

Thanks for that kind redirecting. Downgrading libvirt works for me.
To be specifc on my issue for the reference for new comers later, I've pasted some key information of solution here from that link:
Description:
The behaviour is described in detail in this forum post: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=250066
In short, even when ovmf is installed and /etc/libvirt/qemu.conf is properly configured, libvirt cannot find the ovmf images.Additional info:
The bug happens with libvirt-5.8.0-1
Disappears when downgrading to libvirt-5.6.0-1: download the version that works here and don't forget to obtain the signature file too
